Short Guide - The Petronect

Objective

This section allows the administrator user to view all personal data, access data and information from all users that are part of the company. The administrator user can: view users, edit user data, create users, block users, unblock users, delete its own username and/or other users of your company, in case it is necessary, access corporate entity, assign and/or modify user functions.

Step by Step

When entering the "My Account" menu, the following sections will be displayed: "My Personal Data", "My Logon Data" and "My Company Users".

In the "My Personal Data" editable fields for the administrator user are:

  • First name.
  • Last name.
  • Title.
  • E-mail.
  • Confirm E-mail.
  • CPF
  • Telephone
  • Country.

Note¹: Foreign Company user without National Register of Legal Entities - CNPJ, which does not have CPF, should check the option "I declare to be a supplier company without National Register of Legal Entities - CNPJ, and I do not have CPF". In case of any doubts, contact us through the service channels available in the Portal.

Note²: To enable the fields for editing click at the "Edit" button. After making changes, click on "Save" to save the changes.

  • The "My Account" feature displays the "Assigned Functions". By clicking on the button, you can view the functions you have and you can change them.

In "My Logon Data" the following fields will be displayed:

  • User login: This field will always be locked for editing.
  • Admin Supplier: This field will always be locked for editing.
  • Change Language.
  • Change Time Zone.
  • Change Date Format.
  • Change Decimal Format.
  • Change Assigned Functions.
  • Change Password.

1. To change the password, click on "Change Password".

2. In this screen, fill in the required fields and click on "Save".

Note³:If the logged in user does not have an administrator user profile, a list of "Assigned Functions" will only display the functions associated with the user, without the Save and Cancel options. If the logged in user is an administrator, the list of assigned functions will display the functions associated with the user, the other functions available for allocation and the Save and Cancel options.

In the “My Logon Data” section, the administrator user might delete its own user or others, in case they judge it necessary.

  • 1. To delete a user, click on the “Delete User” button
  • 2. A message will be shown confirming the deletion. Click on the “confirm” button.
  • 3. After the deletion of the user’s account, it will not be possible to activate it afterwards, the personal data will remain hidden and the user will not have access to the Petronect Portal.
  • 4. For profile changes or deleting users the system will perform the following validations :

Note4: In case the Administrator attempts to remove the function of a user and any other users in the company have this function, the system displays a message that the user in question is the only one in the company with the function. Thus, the action can not be performed.

Note5: The system will not allow an Administrator User remove a function profile that no other user of the company has. If the user attempts to perform this action, a message appears preventing the procedure.

Note 6:If the Administrator try to delete a user with a profile that no other company user has, informational message appears and the action is not complete.

Warning: When the user is the company only administrator user, it is not possible to perform the deletion.

In the "My Company Users", the administrator user can perform the following actions:

  • Create user:
    1. To create a user click on the button "Create User".

    2. This opens a new window. In the "User Data" section, fill in the fields for the new user creation.

    3. In the "Assigned User Functions" section, select the functions the user will have access. Assign at least one function to the user, according to the features that it can access the portal and click on "Save".

    4. A warning window will be displayed informing that after the confirmation will not be more possible to modify the CPF of the created user. Click on the button “Confirm”.

• Enable Search by User.

1. To search a user, click on the "Enable Searching by User" button. The system displays a new line in the company's users table and prompts the user to fill in at least one of the fields to perform the search.

2. Please fill out the fields with the required information and select the filter icon on the left-hand side. The system will display the user data according to the filter provided.

• Deleting company users

Verify the user you wish to delete. On the “Delete” column, click on the trash icon:
A message confirming the deletion will be shown. Click the “Confirm” button.
A message will be shown confirming the user deletion.
After deleting the user’s account, it will not be possible to activate it afterwards.

  • After the deletion, some displayed data will be changed:

1. The user’s telephone number and e-mail address will be hidden, even to the administrator.
2. The “Valid through” field will be updated to the user deletion date.
3. The “block”, “unblock”, “delete” and “edit” button will no longer be shown.
4. After the deletion of a user, it will not be possible to activate it afterwards. The deletion is permanent.

  • Access Review.

In the access review period, the reviewer user will see a message in the "My Company Users" section informing the period for the revision to be carried out.

  • 1. Click at the "Edit" button for the user highlighted in the table to review the access.

    2. This opens up the "User Data” - Access Review.

    3. In the "User Data" check if any change is needed.

    4. In the "Assigned User Functions" check the access permissions and usage profiles.

    5. After reviewing, click on the "Save" button.

  • User blocked after the Review Period Access.

1. When a user is blocked unaudited and this has a profile that no other company user has, the profile will be assigned to the active User Manager of the company. An email will be sent to the Administrator User of the profile if the assignment is performed.

  • Access Review for Administrator User

1. For a company not completely lose access after the review period, if the Administrator User of the company do not accomplish the self-review, it will not suffer any type of lock. No user with administrator profile will be locked after the review period.

  • Delegate Review.

The reviewer user will have the option to delegate the revision to another non-administrator user. This alternative will be available in the “User Data” screen, while the access review campaign is in progress. Through the "Delegate Review" tab, you can inform the user login that also will carry the access review. The delegation can be made only by the administrator users.

  • 1. To start, click on the "Delegate Review" button.
  • 2. You will see the screen "Delegation of Review". Click on the icon “” to find the user for delegation.
  • 3. Select the user, click on the "Insert" and then the "Save" button. The user login will be validated and will hold revision of the list of users available to the administrator user.
  • 4. The user will be inserted on the list of "Delegated Users".

Note¹: If you are experiencing the "Access review period", a featured message appears. The access review will be carried out through the "Edit" option, presented on the list "My Company Users" and will be available if there is an ongoing revision period. The "Delegate Review" button will only appear in this period.

Note²: Only the administrator user or a delegated user can modify the data of registered users in your company, via the "Edit" presented in the "My Company Users" table. The “CPF” field will not be available for edition. Other users will be allowed only for viewing.

  • Get Company Identification

1. Click the button "Get Company identification".

2. Check the company's data.

Note: The button "Get Company Identification" will allow the user to query the information of your company, according to the profile of the logged in user.

To return to the home page, click on the menu "The Petronect" or close the views by clicking on "Securely Log Off".
