Objective

This topic allows the vendor to visualize and create messages and attachments through the collaboration room.

It also allows the sending of messages and attachments linked to an existing message, as the room is open.

*This material applies to opportunities / auctions created from 02.25.2016.

Where to find

To access the Collaboration Room follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the menu “Electronic Quotes”.

2. Then, click on the submenu “Opportunity board”.

3. On “opportunities” tab, click on the link of the opportunity you want to access the collaboration room.

4. It will be displayed a new screen: "Display Opportunity". On this screen, click on the "Collaboration Room" button.

5. Collaboration room will open in a new window.
