Creating Messages and Attachments – New Subject

Objective

This topic allows the vendor to send attachments and messages through the collaboration room.

Step by step

1. Click on the "new subject" button to create a new subject in the collaboration room.

2. It will be displayed the screen “New subject”.

3. It will be displayed the following fields: “Subject”, “Message”, “Attachment” and “Recipients”.

4. On the “Subject” field will display the options “Free subject”, “Predefined Subject” and “Questioning”. Select one option. The "Free Subject" option will be marked as the default option.

5. When choosing "Predefined Subject", then you must select one of the options: “Impugnation” or “Negotiation”.

6. When choosing "Questioning", then you must select the option: “Request for Clarification”.

7. On the “message” field, enter the message content.

8. On the “Attachment” field, it will be possible to insert attachments in the message.

9. Click on the button “Load Attachment”.

10. It will be displayed a new window to insert attachments to the message. Click on the "Browse" button to find the file you want to insert. The inclusion of up to 10 files at a time will be allowed.

11. After inserting the files, click on the button “Load”. It will be displayed a message that one or more files have been successfully attached.

12. To delete a file inserted in the message, click on the icon: . Deleting is only possible before the message is sent. After sending the message you can not delete collaboration room attachments.

13. On the “Recipient(s)” field, select the message recipients. It will be also possible to select all or uncheck all the recipients, clicking on the icon: .

14. After fill in all fields, click on the button “OK”. It will be displayed a message informing that the subject and the message were successfully created.
