Samuel Souza
Marketing and Relationship Administrative Director
Graduated in Business Administration from Cândido Mendes University. He has been a career Petrobras employee for 17 years, with experience in the financial and retail markets. He has held various management, technical, and customer relationship positions. He has been at Petronect since June 2020 and has led the Customer Relationship Department since September 2022.
Valdino de Azevedo Junior
Operations Director
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from COPPE-UFRJ. He has more than 20 years of experience at Petrobras, where he has held several managerial positions in the Information Technology area, with experience in Systems Development and infrastructure. He has been with Petronect since March 2024 and currently serves as Operations Director.
Flavio Etrusco
President
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from UFMG, with a postgraduate degree in Business Logistics from FGV and an Executive MBA from COPPEAD-UFRJ, he has over 20 years of experience in Petrobras' supply sector, with expertise in contract management, procurement, development, guidance, and standardization of goods and services supply processes. He has been serving as President of Petronect since May 2025.
