That double authentication is a security extra layer that will require an exclusive insertion of a code sent to your given e-mail registered on system, in addition to your credentials.  

The activation will be done into steps. Check out our planned schedule:

How it will work:
Standard login: insert your login and password, as usual.
Two-factor authentication: Once the login is done, you are going to get an unique verification code on your given e-mail to confirm your identity.

Important details:
The code will only be sent to your e-mail, which is registered on Petronect; You will have a break of up to 15 minutes to insert the code on the access page; A new code will be requested once the access is done for another browser, different machine, anonymous tab or another IP.

Due to changes in Petrobras' new material delivery scheduling and scrap removal processes , which will take place on Q4, there will be a scheduled stopover and awe inform you that the Delivery Scheduling feature will be unavailable on the Petronect Portal.

ARM Rio/ARM Macaé/ARM Santos– The schedule and delivery window of material will be blocked during the period below:

Start: 08.18.2022 on Thursday at 11:59pm
End: 08.23.2022 on Tuesday at 08pm

Schedules and deliveries will be allowed until August 18th, at 11:59pm, returning on August 23rd, at 08pm. If there's an approved delivery schedule during the system downtime, it'll be up to the respective warehouse to cancel it and suggest the advance or postponement of the delivery date.

From August 23rd, at 08pm, delivery schedules return normally on the Petronect Portal.

The new Petrobras' scheduling system will attend only storages from ARM-Rio and ARM-Macaé, and you may access through the website https://agendamento.petrobras.com.br. For other Petrobras units, the deliveries must be done without scheduling according to Petrobras' definition.

Dear Customer,

From the 2nd of May, scheduling for the delivery of new materials at Petrobras must be carried out through a new scheduling portal. The new system will replace the process currently carried out by Petronect for delivery at the ARM RIO units in Rio de Janeiro - RJ and ARM-MACAÉ – Parque de Tubos in Macaé – RJ.

Therefore, from the informed date, to request the scheduling of a new delivery in these warehouses, access the link: https://agendamento.petrobras.com.br.

Appointments can only be made at Petronect until April 28, at 7 pm. Approved bookings will be migrated to the new scheduling portal. If your appointment is rejected between April 28, 7 pm, and May 1, midnight, you will need to make a new request in the new scheduling portal.

It was made available on the Petrobras Supplier Channel on a page dedicated to the Scheduling process, Guides that will help you use the new website.
