Available here, in the public area of our Portal (access), in the mobile app on your phone (Petronect – Assinatura Eletrônica) and in the internal area, accessing the Electronic Folder, this feature allows users to sign documents easily and securely without the need for a digital certificate.
The signature is completed by using a token sent via SMS or WhatsApp, which ensures speed and compliance throughout the process.
All documents are securely stored within the Portal by offering stability and organization at one place.

UNDERSTAND HOW THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PROCESS WORKS
CREATING A
DOCUMENT
In the Petronect Portal, the user begins a new signing process through the Electronic Folder, where the documents are attached, and the title, reference, and description of the file to be signed are entered. The signatories involved in the process are also indicated.

PUBLICATION
When documents are published, the listed signatories receive email notifications with all the necessary information to access the document.

ACCESS
All signatories receive an email notification with a password to access the document. Viewing and accepting the terms can be done through the Portal or the mobile app. Immediately afterward, a code (token) will be sent by SMS or WhatsApp to the phone number provided during the electronic signature process.

At the end of the process, all participants will be notified by e-mail and will be able to access the platform to download the signed documents.
