NO. THE ACCESS FEE AND TRANSACTION FEE CHARGING ARE ONLY FOR PUBLIC BIDDING PARTICIPATION AVAILABLE ATE THE EXTERNAL AREA. OTHERS FUNCTIONALITIES ARE FREE TO ACCESS AND NON-CHARGED.

SINCE ITS CREATION, PETRONECT PORTAL HAS GONE THROUGH SEVERAL EXTENSION, SUCH AS REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, DELIVERY SCHEDULING AND TRACKING IN ORDER TO UPDATE TO FIT TO THE MARKET AND LEGAL GUIDELINES. LAST UPDATES HAVE BEEN CONNECTED TO PETRONECT’S UPGRADE, WHICH HAS EXPANDED ITS COMPATIBILITY IN DIFFERENT MARKET BROWSES. ALSO WE IMPLEMENTED THE 13.303/16 LAW AND PETROBRAS BIDDING AND CONTRACT REGULATIONS.

Public Bidding are the bidding modalities published in the External (or Public) Area of the PETRONECT Portal. Such biddings can be find in the external area through the menu "Purchasing and Contracting" / submenu "Public Bidding - Published".

IN ORDER TO GET THE ACCESS FEE SLIP, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM BY USING YOUR USER AND PASSWORD, CLICK ON “ THE PETRONECT>MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING, THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO CHOOSE THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND GET THE PAYMENT. THE MONTHLY AMOUNT IS R$ 98,00 (NINETY EIGHT REAIS).
FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW SUBSCRIBERS, IT WILL BE MANDATORY TO INSERT THE NCEA (NATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF ECONOMICAL ACTIVITIES) ON PDF ICON TO MOVE ON THE PROCESS.

Petronect does not send bank slips by e-mail. For security reasons, all slips are obtained directly on the Portal.
To get the transaction fee slip, you will need to access the Petronect Portal with your username and password, click on the "Electronic Quotes" menu, the "Opportunities Board" sub-menu, then the "My Participations" tab.
Do a search for the desired opportunity and, after identifying it, click on the "Magnifier" icon to access the details of the proposal. Make the issuance of the slip through the link "Transaction Fee Slip", available in the "Basic Data" of the "Header" tab.

Yes, it is necessary for all users of the Provider company to accept the new Term of Use to access the internal area of the Petronect Portal. This acceptance is mandatory for all users, regardless of whether they are interested in participating in Public Opportunities.

Access to the Portal will only be granted upon acceptance of the new Term of Use.
If the Supplier chooses not to accept the Term, it will be automatically disconnected from the Portal and will only have access to the internal area after re-signing and accepting the Term.

IMPORTANT: When issuing the ticket, the supplier must wait for the period of 01 hour to make the payment.

The process of payment of the Access Fee for international suppliers has changed. From May 2019, suppliers who wish to pay the Access Fee must generate the payment link through the Petronect Portal.

To do this, the supplier must log in to the Petronect Portal menu "The Petronect"> " Membership & Billing", click on the payment icon represented by the PDF symbol, where an email link will be sent from the Paypal site to perform the payment.

The user will be given an alert mentioning the email that was directed to the invoice for payment of the fee, the supplier must execute the payment immediately for access and participation in Public Opportunities.

In case of doubt, the supplier will be able to access the support guide, available in our Portal ("Help" menu > "Training” submenu > "Short Guides“ > “Pricing Model” item).

The access to participation on the Public Bidding process will be available to the user only after the bank payment confirmation for the national suppliers.

For International suppliers (from outside Brazil), the release will occur after confirmation of payment of the Paypal link.

Once the payment has been confirmed, all users of the company will be notified by e-mail and will be able to participate in any public bidding.

The supplier can participate in as many opportunities as you wish for a period of 1 (one) year, starting from the date of payment compensation.

Yes, all Petronect´s Portal functionalities will be available except for the Public Bidding participation.

The Access Fee is exclusive for Public Bidding participation. For other processes such as exemption from bidding (values below R$ 50,000), the access will remain free and does not require an Access Fee payment.

In addition to the access to services available for all, you will be able to participate in the public bids of the companies that uses PETRONECT Portal, according to rules established and approved in the necessary instances.

To this end, it is a prerequisite your agreement with the CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADHESION, which is the contract where the conditions to be followed by the Parties are established.

In order to qualify to participate also in public bids, suppliers must accept the Term for Adhesion and pay the Access Fee, which payment entitles interested parties for the established period.

You may issue the slip from the 20th day prior to the due date of your annuity.

Only for Public Bidding participation, there will be a limitation of up to 3 (three) users, per company (tax code or CNPJ). In this first moment we will not initiate such restriction, however this limitation may be implemented anytime, if necessary.

Yes, the payment process for public bidding participation should be done by each company's tax code or CNPJ (for each tax code, 1 Access Fee must be paid).

Supplier who have paid the Access Fee and who have not received their invoice by e-mail can extract the document through the Paypal website.

If in doubt about this procedure, the supplier should contact the Paypal team for more information.

Yes, the Petrobras Register process will continue the same and the supplier will not need to pay the Access Fee to conclude this kind of registration.

The opportunities that will be subject to such pricing, will have the conditions and rules previously established in their respective Notices, the Supplier should be aware of the new rules of this Model.

By decision of Petrobras, all opportunities that have the rules, conditions and terms published in notices shall be subject to pricing of the Transaction Fee. However, Bidding values below R$ 50,000 (fifty thousand reais), will be free of charge.

By decision of Petrobras, they will not be subject to charging:

• Bidding values below R$ 50,000 (fifty thousand reais),
• In cases where the Supplier is classified under the differentiated regime and favored to micro-enterprises and small companies, according to Complementary Law No. 123/2006.

ONCE THE ACCESS FEE PAYMENT METHOD HAS CHANGED INTO MONTHLY ON 10/01/2023, YOUR EXPIRATION SUBSCRIPTION WILL DEPEND OF THE CHOSEN OPTION BY THE SUPPLIER.
THE SUBSCRIPTION CYCLE TO ALL THE CASES WILL BEGIN WHEN THE SLIP BANK IS CLEARED. IF THE SUPPLIER DOES NOT RENEW THE PROGRAM AT THE INVOICE DUE, THE ACCESS TO PUBLIC BIDDING WILL BE BLOCKED.

THE ACCESS FEE IS EXCLUSIVE FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC BIDDING. OTHER PROCESSES, SUCH AS “DISPENSA” (PRICES UNDER R$ 82.000) AND BIOFUEL AND MATERIAL AUCTIONS, REMAIN FREE WITH NO NEED TO PAY THE ACCESS FEE.

Payment must be made in full, by means of a bank slip available at Petronect Portal.

ATTENTION, the ticket will be valid for 15 calendar days from its date of issue.

In the case of non-payment of the Transaction fee, Petronect will assign this credit to the Bidding Entity which will collect the respective amount plus the legal implications, according to the conditions described in the Bid Notice of Opportunity.

The Transaction Fee is exclusive for Suppliers declared as winners of the Opportunities liable to collect this fee, according to the rules and conditions contained in the respective announcement.

Yes, the Petrobras Registration process will continue in the same way as it was previously done.
