Procedure for Expression of Private Interest.

The PEPI is an auxiliary procedure which, along Petrobras, grants the opportunity to natural or legal person to elaborate projects, surveys, investigations or studies in order to subsidize on structuring its enterprises, meeting previously identified needs.

The PEPI may be applied to update, complementation or revewing elaborate projects.

Among other situations, the PEPI could be used previously on infrastructure projects, seeking the improvement of the preparatory phase, with good ideas, initiatives and creativity of private initiative.

The PEPI is led by Special Commission with Contracting Area and interested Requesting Unit members participation. The Special Commission shall publish all the acts related to the PEPI on the Petronect Portal.
