Short Guide - Electronic Quotes

Objective

This topic allows the user to download all the files of the collaboration room.

Step by step

1. Access the collaboration room through the menu “Electronic Quotes” and then, click on submenu “Opportunity board”.

2. On “opportunities” tab, click on the link of the opportunity you want to access the collaboration room.

3. It will be displayed the screen "Display Opportunity". Click on the "Collaboration Room" button.

4. Collaboration room will open in a new window.

5. Click on the button “Download files”.

6. It will be displayed a window with all the files available on the collaboration room.

7. The files can be filtered by: “File Name” and “Send Date”.

8. Select the files you want to download. In case you want to check or uncheck all, click on the icon .

9. After select the desired files, click on the button “Download file”. It will open a window to save the selected files.
