Collaboration Room - Creating Messages and Attachments

Objective

This topic allows the user to visualize and print the collaboration room report.

Step by step

1. Access the collaboration room through the menu “Electronic Quotes” and then, click on submenu “Opportunity board”.

2. On “opportunities” tab, click on the link of the opportunity you want to access the collaboration room.

3. It will be displayed the screen "Display Opportunity". Click on the "Collaboration Room" button.

4. Collaboration room will open in a new window.

5. Click on the button “Collaboration Room Report”.

6. It will open new screen to download the file.
