Evaluation
Consists of the verification/evaluation of the information provided or confirmed
by the company, performed by professionals qualified and specialized in the
areas corresponding to the Criteria of the Registration of Suppliers of Goods
and Services of Petrobras.
The evaluation only happens after filling out the questionnaires and confirming
the submission through the button Send in the Evaluation Questionnaires menu.
Important: After clicking on Send, the Evaluation
Questionnaires will be available for edition. If there is a need to correct or
supplement the information, please contact the service team through one of the
Relationship Channels.
Depending on the peculiarity of the good or service the evaluation may be
documental (analysis of documents attached in the Portal) and/or on-site
(on-site visit to the company).
- Documental Evaluation: Consists of the verification of the information digitally inserted by the company in the Portal by a team of evaluators, specialists in the areas corresponding to the criteria. During this evaluation, notes and comments are given for each supply item and requirement evaluated based on the evidences presented by the company.
- On-site Evaluation: it is characterized by an evaluation in the facilities of the company performed by a specialized team of evaluators, mandatory only for a limited number of supplies (families). Based on the evidences verified in the visit, notes and comments are given for each supply item and requirement evaluated.
Evaluation Result
After evaluating the Questionnaires, we issue the result of the supplier's
legal, economic and integrity assessments, with notes and comments. As
previously mentioned, evaluations of the Technical and HSE criteria will be
required during the hiring process.
The supply status is the set of scores for all criteria in the Evaluation
Questionnaire. There are five possible characterizations:
- No status - Not evaluated in the technical and HSE criteria;
- Status A - Approved;
- Status Q - Technically Qualified (exclusive status for families in the Corporate Registry);
- Status R - Failed;
- Status X - Canceled: family is no longer part of the company's supply line or is no longer part of our list of interests;
- Status D - Declaration of Interest: family has not yet received approval on all criteria but has approval on LFO and Legal criteria (exclusive status for families in the Corporate Registry).
Cadastral registration certificate
Ready! Thereafter, if everything goes correctly, the Certificate of Registration
(full or partial) is issued. And even if the supplier has not yet been evaluated
on the technical and HSE criteria, approvals on the legal and / or economic
criteria will be registered in your CRC.
We have issued the Certificate of Registration (CRC) for suppliers that meet one
or more criteria of the family of interest. This certificate can be total, in
case of approval in the Technical, HSE, Economic and Legal criteria, or partial,
when at least one of these criteria is approved.
The validity of the certificate is up to one year, being determined from the
lowest expiration date of the Technical, Economic and Legal criteria. The
renewal of the Economic and Legal criteria is annual and we advise that the
request be made up to 60 days before the due date. The technical criterion is
automatically extended as long as the supplier has technical approval.
Disclosure of the certificate
The supplier can disclose that he has the Certificate of Registration during the
validity period, but without using our brand or any graphic expression to
communicate the certification.
The misuse of the certificate constitutes a serious and liable penalty for
registration sanctions, which may prevent negotiations with the entire Petrobras
system.
