All documents attached and linked aim at substantiating the information provided in the questionnaires for the Criteria. Therefore, it is important to follow some attachment instructions:
- Make sure that the scanned documents are clear and legible;
- It is possible to attach as many documents as desired. However, we recommend that each file does not exceed 5 MB;
- If the size of your files exceeds 5 MB, we suggest that they be divided into parts. Each part should be named with sequential titles (example: Bylaws 1, Bylaws 2, Bylaws 3);
- Only the following file extensions are accepted: PDF, JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG,TIF, GIF, DOC,DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, ODT , ODS , ODP , ODB , ODD ,TXT, MPG and MPEG;
The documents attached by each supplier are saved in the attachments library. For accurate evaluation, it is important that all documents attached and linked follow these guidelines.
